Who we are

What we collect

When you request a quote we may collect:

• Your name and contact details (email and telephone)
• Whether your project is domestic or commercial
• Company name, if you choose to provide it
• Details you include about your project
• The page you sent the form from, and how you arrived (for example a Google ad, an organic search, or another website)

Why we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry and provide a quote. Our lawful basis is your consent and/or our legitimate interests in responding to people who ask us for services.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up work, and then deleted or securely archived according to our normal business records practice.

Sharing

We use Resend to deliver enquiry emails. We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the website and email delivery, and only as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict use of your personal data, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. To exercise these rights, email accounts@mbmjoinery.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
